INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS

Poster

  1.  Poster sessions will take place at the Cloister.

  2. A panel of 120 x 200 cm in portrait format is available for your poster. We will send you by email a code to identify your panel.

  3. Place your poster on the day of your presentation, between 8:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

  4. All posters will be displayed during the sessions on Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. During this time, you must be present at your poster place to present and discuss your work.  

  5. Posters must be removed by 2:00 p.m. on on the same day of your presentation.
