SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

The full registration fee, as well as coffee break networking and lunch, includes several social activities, such as the Welcome Reception (Tuesday 28th May, from 19.00 hrs), Social Activities (Wednesday 29th May, from 14.30 hrs), and the Banquet Dinner (Thursday, 30th May, from 20.30 hrs).

Accompanying persons can also participate in the Welcome Reception, Social Activity and Banquet Dinner by completing the corresponding ONLINE REGISTRATION.

Regarding the Social Activity on Wednesday 29th, the vast majority of attendees have selected “Visit to Alcalá de Henares” as their preferred activity. Therefore, we have decided to accommodate all participants on this excursion. Details will be coming soon.

Visit to Alcalá de Henares

Alcalá de Henares is a UNESCO World Heritage City 30 km away from Madrid and it is the birthplace of Miguel de Cervantes. With the foundation of the Complutense University in 1499, Alcalá became the great academic city of the Spanish Golden Age. The tour will take you to the most emblematic places of this small historical city.
