Registration fees

REGISTRATION FEES

The conference site has capacity for 200 registered attendees. 

Registration is limited to participants with accepted contributions.

*For groups of two or more students with the same affiliation, you may be entitled to a reduction of the registration fee. Please, contact us at: poly-char2024@fgua.es.

Registration fees include: conference documentation, electronic book of abstracts, access to all conference sessions, access to the pre-conference Short Course for students, all breaks and lunches on congress days, welcome reception, selected social event tour and banquet dinner.

Attendance certificate

All participants will receive by email an attendance certificate immediately after the Conference is finished.

Conditions of registration

Only those who are duly registered may participate in the Conference. To make your registration effective you must follow the following steps:

• Fill out the online registration form provided on this website. You can access it by clicking here. 
• Pay the corresponding participation fee. You may pay the registration fees by one of the following methods:

Conditions for cancellations

* Cancellation of the registration to the conference must be made in writing addressed to the Technical Secretariat by Email (poly-char2024@fgua.es).

* Cancellations requested before May 1^st, 2024 will be entitled to a 85% refund of the fee paid (15% of the amount charged will be retained as management fees).

* Cancellation requests from May 2^nd, 2024 onwards will not be entitled to a refund of the fee paid, however the participant can request the conference documentation.

To expedite the registration process, it would be advisable to send a copy of the payment transaction to the Technical Secretariat of the Symposium (poly-char2024@fgua.es).
