The subject of Development of Directive Abilities is a subject taught in virtual modality that pursues to transfer basic knowledge related to the importance of the development of emotional abilities in order to be successful in the working world. In addition, this course teaches the management and development of people in companies, in order for the students to comprehend and understand the importance of development and continuity of the formation of employees within an organisation.
