Development of management skills  - 6 ECTS

The subject of Development of Directive Abilities is a subject taught in virtual modality that pursues to transfer basic knowledge related to the importance of the development of emotional abilities in order to be successful in the working world. In addition, this course teaches the management and development of people in companies, in order for the students to comprehend and understand the importance of development and continuity of the formation of employees within an organisation.   Access to the syllabus

Rafael Castaño Sánchez

Graduated in Psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and Cum Laude doctor in Economics and Enterprise Sciences at the University of Alcalá. At the moment, he is a professor of Business Organisation and Management at the University of Alcalá, in the Department of Business Economy. He has more than 20 years of experience in the area of Human Resources. 

Alba Yela Aránega

Graduated in Business Administration and Management and Master's degree in Management and Change Management with specialisation in Leadership and HR at the University of Alcalá (Spain). In addition, she is a Cum Laude doctor in Economics and Business Management at the University of Alcalá. At the moment, she is a professor of Business Organisation and Management at the University of Alcalá. 

Raúl Castaño Urueña

Graduated in Business Administration and Management and Master's degree in Management and Change Management with specialisation in Leadership and HR at the University of Alcalá (Spain). In addition, he is a Cum Laude doctor in Economics and Business Management at the University of Alcalá. At the moment, he is a professor of Business Organisation and Management at the University of Alcalá.
