Instructions for the oral communications:
√ Please be connected to the session at least 15 minutes before it starts to check with our Computer Officers if you can share your presentation without any problems.
√ The connection links to the different sessions of the Congress can be found on the Conference website, under the LINKS menu:

In order to access, you may use the following login details:
Username: your e-mail
Password: the password used in your registration process.
√ In order to have access to this webpage, you must have registered and paid the registration fees. If you have any problems accessing, please contact the Technical Secretariat. It is advised to explore the LINKS menu in advance to make sure you have no problems with the access.
√ It is also advisable to send your presentation to the Technical Secretariat before August 30th. If we have your presentation, the Computer Officers will be able to share if there is any problems on the day.
√ The session will start with a brief presentation of the authors by the chair.
√ The presentation is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
√ At the end of the four presentations scheduled for each session, there will be a 10-minute Question Time. The questions will be asked by the moderator following the order of the questions received through the chat of the platform. The participants will not be able to ask questions directly to the authors.
√ At the end of the Conference, each author will receive a certificate for their oral communication presentation by email (in PDF format).
Instructions for communications in poster format:
√ Please be connected to the session at least 10 minutes before it starts to check with our Computer Officers if you can share your presentation.
√ Due to the number of posters presented in every session, we cannot have a Computer Officer who can individually assist in the presentation and defence of the posters. However, if you have any problem, please contact the Technical Secretariat by phone +34 91 879 74 36 or by email: eucomc2021@fgua.es. They will try to help you as soon as possible.
√ Each of the poster sessions will have a 2 hour-length. During this time, the authors will be asked to be connected in order to present the poster and answer the questions of the participants.

√ In this section, both you and the participants will find your poster, the video of the presentation you have sent, and the access link to your session. During the poster session the participants will be able to join your session and to ask you questions directly.

√ At the end of the Conference, each author will receive a certificate for their poster presentation by email (in PDF format). The Secretariat will check that you have been connected during the poster sessions.
