- You will have 45 minutes for your communication, and we kindly ask authors to keep to this time in order to maintain the schedule.

- You will have 12 minutes for your oral communication, and we kindly ask authors to keep to this time in order to maintain the schedule.
- After your presentation there will be 3 minutes for discussion.
- Presentations should be provided to the organising committee before 17:00 the day prior to your session.

- You will have 4:00 minutes for your flash presentation and we kindly ask authors to keep to this time in order to maintain the schedule.
- Flash presentations should be provided to the organising committee before 17:00 the day prior to your session.

- All flash presentations should have an associated poster contribution. The instructions for the poster are below.

Instructions for the posters:
- The poster size should be 119 x 84 cm (A0)
- There is no official template for the poster presentations.
- Posters must be hung before the morning coffee break at 10:00h on the day of your presentation and must be removed after the lunch break on the following day.
- You may hang your poster, with the material provided in the room by the organization, on the panel identified with your presentation code. You will be informed of this presentation code in a future email.
- There will be two poster sessions: one on Tuesday afternoon starting at 17:30 and one on Thursday afternoon starting at 17:30.
- Posters that have not been removed at the indicated times will be removed and discarded by the Organization.
- The author must be present in front of his/her poster during the corresponding poster session.
