*Reduced fee for Master's and PhD students, who must provide a copy of their official enrolment certificate during the registration process.
The fee includes attendance to the Conference, coffee breaks, the lunches on Thursday and Friday and the Thursday group dinner. It does not include: transport, accommodation or any other type of expenses different from those planned in the workshop programme.
Accompanying persons
For participants who come to the Workshop with accompanying persons, the Organization Committee has provided the possibility of being with them at different times of the programme, setting a fee based on the events in which they can take part:

Only those participants who are correctly registered will be able to take part in the conference. To register, please follow the steps below:

Conditions for cancellations
* The cancellation of the conference registration should be notified in written form to the Technical Secretariat by Email (congresos@fgua.es).
* Cancellations requested before April 30th, 2025 will entitle the refund of the full fee, except for 15% of the amount to be charged as administration fees.
* Cancellations requested from May 1st, 2025 onwards will not entitle the refund of the full fee, although the documentation delivered during the workshop will be sent to the participant.
To expedite the registration process, it is advisable to send a copy of the payment receipt to the Technical Secretariat of the workshop: (congresos@fgua.es).
