Participants to ALAMA 2025 Conference may stay at the Hotel Las Rocas, a 5-minute walk from the ICES venue. The Conference Secretariat has blocked 24 rooms for participants who wish to stay there. To book one of these rooms (the charge of which is not included in the registration fee), it will be necessary to do so at the time of registration, indicating the check-in and check-out date and the type of room. Bookings for rooms are only available for check-in on 14thMay and check-out on 16th May. The blocking of these rooms will be available until 28th February and they will be assigned in order of request, which should be made by selecting the Hotel Reservation option on the Registration Form .
