For in person delegates, the registration fee includes:
- Congress materials
- Certification of attendance/participation
- Registration invoice (if needed)
- A 1-hour visit to the University of Alcalá
- A 1,5-hours visit to the Roman city of Complutum
- Access to all sessions
- The drinks reception on the first night (Nov. 8th)
- All coffee/tea breaks
- Lunch on the second day of the conference (Nov. 9th)
Note that the Conference Dinner (Nov. 9th) is optional, and if you wish to attend, you must choose this option during the registration process.
For the online participation, the registration fee includes:
- Certification of attendance/participation
- Registration invoice (if needed)
- Access to all sessions
Conditions of registration
Only those who are duly registered may participate in the Congress. To make your registration effective you must follow the following steps:

2.- Credit card: through the payment platform, the payment of the registration fee can be made in a safe and fast way.
Conditions for cancellations
- The cancellation of the registration to the Congress must be made in writing addressed to the Technical Secretariat by email (sscip2022@fgua.es).
- Cancellations requested before November 3rd, 2022 will entitle the refund of the fee paid, less a 15% of the amount that will be charged as management fees.
- Cancellations requested from November 4th, 2022 will not entitle the refund of the fee paid, although the documentation delivered during the Congress will be sent to the participant.
To expedite the registration process, it would be advisable to send a copy of the payment receipt to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress (sscip2022@fgua.es).
