Registration fees

This international conference is FREE to attend, with no registration fees.

Optional services include two lunches, gala dinner, and touristic visit at the university main building

Registration fee includes: attendance to the Conference, and coffees.

Attendance certificate

All participants will receive by email an attendance certificate once the Conference has been finished and their connection to the different sessions of the congress during the three days has been verified.

Only those who are duly registered may participate in the Conference. To make your registration effective you must follow the following steps:

Conditions for cancellations

* The cancellation of the registration to the Conference must be made in writing addressed to the Technical Secretariat by Email (congresos@fgua.es).

* Cancellations requested before April 14th, 2025 will entitle the refund of the fee paid, less a 15% of the amount that will be charged as management fees.

* Cancellations requested from April 15th, 2025 onwards will not entitle the refund of the fee paid, although the documentation delivered during the symposium will be sent to the participant.

To expedite the registration process, it would be advisable to send a copy of the payment receipt to the Technical Secretariat of the Symposium (congresos@fgua.es).
