Registration fees

All papers in conference are required at least one author to have registered by paying the full Registration for the paper to be presented and included in the conference proceedings. 'Full registration' means a registration as IEEE member or non‐IEEE member. Each full registration can cover up to two papers. Note that a registered student can present a paper that has been associated to other full registration; otherwise the student registration must be changed to a full registration.

Conference full registration fees include: access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation and proceedings, working lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and inclusion of presented papers in the conference proceedings.

Students and IEEE Life‐Members registration fees include: access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation and proceedings, working lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner. Students must provide valid proof (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by e‐mail when submitting their registration and payment.

 

Registration Confirmation

All registrations must be accompanied by payment. Registration will not be effective until the validity of the payment document is confirmed.

Cancellation conditions

•   Cancellation of Conference registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat either by fax (+34 91 879 74 55) or by email (ipin2016@fgua.es).                                    

•   Cancellations made before  July 30, 2016 will receive a full reimbursement, except for 15% for administration expenses.

•   No reimbursement will be made in case of cancellation after September 1, 2016. However, all documentation received will be duly returned.
