Cancellation conditions

•   Cancellation of Meeting registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat either by fax (+34 91 879 74 55) or by email (                                    

•   Cancellations made before  May 15, 2016 will receive a full reimbursement, except for 15% for administration expenses.

•   No reimbursement will be made in case of cancellation after May 16, 2016. However, all documentation received will be duly returned.
