Connecting Pedagogical Development with Quality Culture – A Scenario-Based Role Play
Abstract: Step into an engaging, fast‑paced workshop where teaching, innovation, and quality culture meet! In this interactive session, participants tackle real-life classroom scenarios and experiment with decisions that shape student learning. Through dynamic role play, you’ll switch perspectives—lecturer, student representative, quality expert, data analyst—and discover how everyday choices can spark powerful pedagogical and institutional improvement.
Instead of abstract theory, we focus on hands-on problem solving, creative collaboration, and learner‑centered insights. You’ll walk away with practical tools, ready-to-use templates, and a fresh understanding of how quality culture grows from reflective teaching practice.
Join us to experience how engaging scenarios, diverse viewpoints, and smart decision-making can transform both your teaching and your institution.
Requirements for potential participants: Profile of participants: mainly lecturers but also open for QA professionals and data analysts (to better understand the lecturers’ perspective)
