Submission Guidelines


For Oral Communications and Poster Presentations, authors are invited to submit an abstract of up to 500 words (excluding references) through the conference website (https://eugloh-pedagogical.eu). Please use the template provided here. Authors may also indicate their preferred conference theme and the presentation format (oral or poster); however, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee based on the overall programme balance. Submissions should clearly describe:

  • The context and objectives of the activity or research
  • The innovative or collaborative aspects
  • The outcomes and lessons learned for teaching and learning

Each accepted proposal may include up to two presenters. The conference particularly encourages that the second presenter be a student or a staff member involved in teaching administration, fostering dialogue and collaboration among all actors engaged in teaching and learning.

For Workshops or Special Sessions, proposers should send their proposals by email to eugloh.pedagogical@uah.es, including a brief description of the relevance of the activity, the expected number and profile of participants, and the intended format or structure of the session.
