All authors and co-authors of accepted papers and posters must be registered and paid for:

  • To be able to include your contribution, if it is in an extensive communication format, in the conference proceedings book.
  • Defend their work during the congress.
  • Opt for the Best Communication Award.
  • Participate in all the activities of the event (conferences, lectures, symposiums, thematic axes, forums).
  • Receive your certificate as an attendee and participant in the event.


Only those who are duly registered may participate in CIREI2019. To make your registration effective you must follow the following steps:

  • Fill in and send the registration form available on this website. You can access it by clicking here. (These data will be used to carry out your certification. Please review them before submitting your registration).

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat either by fax (+34 91 879 74 55) or by e-mail ( Cancellations requested before 21 November will entitle you to a refund of the fee paid, less 15% of the amount that will be charged as management fees. Cancellations requested from 21 October will not entitle the participant to a refund of the fee paid, although all documents handed in during the congress will be sent to the participant.
