Information for Conference Participants

Transportation

Urban bus routes 1, 5 and 6 connect the El Carmen Campus with Huelva city centre.

Meals

Lunches will be served at the University Dining Hall (Avenida de las Artes, s/n) in self-service format between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Each participant will be provided a meal ticket for each of the three days of the meeting during registration. The ticket must be presented to the dining hall staff when collecting your meal.

Participants with specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, food allergies, intolerances, etc.) are kindly requested to inform the dining hall staff. Special menus have been arranged, but we need to identify the participants concerned.

Gala Dinner

It will be held at the Parador de Mazagón. Participants who have selected this option will receive their dinner invitation ticket at the registration. The dinner will take place on 18^th June at 9:30 p.m.

Transportation to the venue will be provided by coaches arranged by the organizers. Departure will be at 7:30 p.m. from Plaza de la Dinastía de los Litri.

Participants are kindly requested to arrive on time, as the coaches will not be permitted to remain at this central location for more than five minutes.

The return journey to Huelva will depart at 12:00 midnight.
