Guidelines for the submission of contributions
All participants are invited to submit a contribution presenting research results for inclusion in the IX Biennial Meeting of the Thematic Network on Linear Algebra, Matrix Analysis and Applications (ALAMA 2026).
Submission
- Submissions must be made exclusively through the conference website using the online form provided.
- Contributions must be submitted in PDF format, generated from the provided LaTeX template (template TEX file). Download here
- Submission deadline: March 2nd, 2026 (11:59 PM, Central European Time).
- Upon submission, the Technical Secretariat will send an acknowledgment of receipt by email within 7 days. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat.
Evaluation and presentation conditions
- All contributions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on scientific quality and thematic relevance to the meeting.
- The decision (acceptance or rejection) will be communicated before March 27th, 2026.
- Registration and presentation limit: at least one author must be registered for the conference. Each registered author may present up to one contribution.
- Contributions without registration of at least one of their authors will not be included in the scientific program or in the proceedings book.
- Submission of a contribution implies acceptance of these guidelines.
Presentation language and manuscript length
- Presentation language: English.
- Maximum length of the submitted manuscript: 2 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
Book of proceedings
- Accepted contributions will be published in the ALAMA 2026 Proceedings Book, which will have an ISBN number.
- Submission implies consent for publication in this book.
- The proceedings book will also be available on the conference website in PDF format.
Oral presentation
- Each presentation will last 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
