*To access these fees during the payment process, you will be asked to attach a document proving your student status. The student fee only applies to full-time students.
Registration fee includes: attendance to the meeting, material for participant, electronic book of abstracts, coffee services, lunch, gala dinner, welcome and farawell reception.
The accompanying person is entitled to lunches on the days of the meeting and to the social program.
Attendance certificate
All participants will receive their certificate of attendance by email once the meeting has concluded and their participation in the various sessions of the Congress over the three days has been verified.
Conditions of registration
Only those who are duly registered may participate in the meeting. To make your registration effective you must follow the following steps:

2.- Credit card: through the payment platform, the payment of the registration fee can be made in a safe and fast way.
Conditions for cancellations
* The cancellation of the registration to the meeting must be made in writing addressed to the Technical Secretariat either by Email (alama2026@fgua.es).
* Cancellations requested before May 15th, 2026 will entitle the refund of the fee paid, less a 15% of the amount that will be charged as management fees.
* Cancellations requested from May 16th, 2026 onwards will not entitle the refund of the fee paid, although the documentation delivered during the meeting will be sent to the participant.
To expedite the registration process, it would be advisable to send a copy of the payment receipt to the Technical Secretariat of the meeting (alama2026@fgua.es). All payments should be settled one month before the conference starts.
