Attendance certificate

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance by email once the conference has finished. Besides, those delegates that deliver a paper will also receive their certificate by e-mail in due course.

Conditions of registration

Only those who are duly registered may participate in the conference. To make your registration effective, you need to bear in mind the following instructions:

Conditions for cancellations

* The cancellation of the conference registration should be notified in written form to the Technical Secretariat by Email (congresos@fgua.es).

* Cancellations requested before May 5th, 2024 will entitle the refund of the full fee. Delegates are informed that a 15% of the amount will be charged as management fees.

* Cancellations requested from May 6th, 2024 onwards will not entitle the refund of the full fee, although the documentation delivered during the conference will be sent to the participant.

*To expedite the registration process, it is advisable to send a copy of the payment receipt to the Technical Secretariat of the Symposium (congresos@fgua.es).
