Registration rate includes

Attendance to the meeting, material and documents, coffee services, lunches and welcome cocktail. Registration does NOT include trip and accommodation. 

Workshop fees:

Workshops are not included in the meeting registration fees.

The day before the meeting, there will be offered three workshops (July 10th).

The price of one workshop will be 30,00 €, the attendance to two workshops will be 50,00€ and attending to the three of them will cost 80,00€. Click here for more information about preconference workshops.

Conditions of registration

Only those who are duly registered may participate in abc2018. To make your registration effective you must follow the following steps:

•   Fill out the registration form that is available on this website. You can access it by clicking here.

Through the payment platform, the payment of the registration fee can be made in a safe and fast way.

Conditions for cancellation

•   The cancellation of the registration to the congress must be made in writing addressed to the Technical Secretariat either by fax (+34 91 879 74 55) or by email (

•   Cancellations requested before May 31, 2018 will entitle the refund of the fee paid, less a 15% of the amount that will be charged as management fees.

•   Cancellations requested from June 1, 2018 will not entitle the refund of the fee paid, although all the documentation delivered during the conference will be sent to the participant.

To expedite the registration process, it would be advisable to send a copy of the payment receipt to the Technical Secretariat of the congress ( once the entry has been made.
